Food Basket Registration

The Mayor's Office of Special Events with Beacon Hill Community Services Inc. will be distributing food baskets. All families are welcome to register. This event will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM. The deadline for registration is December 9, 2023. Food Basket distribution will be on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 90 Town Center in University Park. Please complete the registration below and click the red box below to submit. Once you click submit you will receive a notice in a box that states SUCCESSFUL SUBMISSION. This is the notification that confirms that your application was submitted. We will receive your request in our mailbox. Submission pages are subject to change based on the event while supplies last.
