The Village Hall is open five (5) days a week Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. except the second and fourth Tuesday of each month when it closes at 8:00 P.M. (open late on the same day prior to the regular Board of Trustees meetings.)

The Village Hall collects funds for various departments. You may make your payments for the following:

1. Police citations
2. Village vehicle stickers
3. Animal tags
4. Garbage bags and stickers
5. Inspection fees
6. Program fees
7. Police reports
8. Business license

The Village accepts all forms of payments for the services that the Village provides.

Village vehicle stickers usually go on sale in the month of June of each year. They are valid from July 1 to June 30 of the next year. Prices range from $5.00 for seniors, $25.00 for cars and $40.00 for pick-up trucks. Application forms can be picked up at the Village Hall. Fees normally double in price starting in July.

Village animal license go on sale in January of each year. Price range from $3.00 for spayed or neutered animals to $5.00. The rabies certificate must accompany the application.

Garbage bags and stickers go on sale in April of each year and must be used for disposal of all lawn waste materials such as grass cuttings and leaves. The bags cost $2.20 and stickers cost $1.80.

Vehicle Stickers

Village Automobile/Motorcycle/Truck Stickers are on sale at the Village Hall during business hours of:

Village stickers are required for all vehicles owned and parked within the Village of University Park. Village stickers are renewed annually. They expire on June 30th of each year. Further details can be obtained at Village Hall.

Pet Licenses

Animal/Pet Licenses are required for all dogs and cats of age four (4) months or older within the Village. They go on sale annually January 1st of each year. When apply, please bring a copy of the vaccinated rabies certificate. Further details can be obtained at Village Hall.

Lawn Waste Bags or Stickers for Star/A&J Disposal

Lawn Bags/Lawn Stickers are only on sale at the Village Hall during business hours.

All grass cuttings; plant materials and leaves must be placed in paper lawn bags with the scavenger’s imprint on it: or any commercial paper bag with an approved scavenger’s sticker placed on the bag.

These bags must be put at your curbside on your regularly scheduled garbage pick up day. This must be done starting April 2 and continue through November 30. Should you have any questions please contact Village Hall.

Tree Branch Service:

The Public Works Department starts with the annual Tree Branch Service starting April 1 and continues until October 31. Tree branches must be on the curb by 6:00 A.M. each Monday for pick up. Branches must be cut into four (4) foot lengths. Plants and tree stumps will not be picked up.

Residential Street Sweeping:

The Village of University Park starts its residential street sweeping cycle starting March 15th. The Village streets will be swept in six cycles this year, with each cycle covering the entire residential area. The cycles are as follows:
